I was told by a family friend, this company was one of the best in the area..... unfortunately I will never know because I never got a return phone call.
I have had them do roofing work for us and was satisfied with the work. I have left 9 messages for them wanting to get the roof on a relatives home replaced. On the 9th attempt I told the receptionist that no one was responding and her reply was "if the estimator isn't returning your calls then I should just call somebody else". Very disappointing
The very rude customers service representative probably never forward the message to the appropriate department.

Their workers came out and did some adjustments to my roof for problem leak in a family room basement bath. Talked to Phil and he had his guys out here the next morning which was a Saturday. thanks
