The work was fine. However, a couple weeks later I sustained more damage and called them to arrange repairs under an insurance claim. I called twice, they haven't bothered to call back. I assume if I'd had a problem with their work this would be the difficulty in getting a hold of them. Seriously, zero return phone calls. What Kind of business won't call you back? The insurance approved a new roof. Thousands of dollars could have been theirs but they just couldn't bring themselves to call me back.
I have just had my roof, gutters and downspouts replaced by Low cost roofing. They did a great job, They were prompt, courteous, and left my property clean and nail free. And their price was right.I highly recommend them. Dr. Gary Michalowski
These guys did an awesome job...the owner Rob could not be a more customer oriented person and his courtious crew are a mirror image...they went above and beyond the scope of work. They took the time to remove and replace siding on my home to install the correct flashings----which the previous roofer and original builder did not.....the clean up job was spotless.they picked up everything and left the site the exact way it was found...Rob and crew members took the time to explain and educate on some of the things the normal homeowner would never know....HIGHLY ----HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! !!!!!
