Everytime I come to this place the front desk staff is extremely rude. They do not make you feel welcomed or comfortable. They always have an attitude or talk to you with dis respect. The Doctors are always friendly but the front desk staff is extremely unwelcoming. Won't be giving those people the time of day anymore going to go somewhere that actually respects there patients/customers. & don't waste your time calling they hardly answer calls.
I just had a phone conversation with Joy who works at the Will County Health Department. She was so amazing and listened to everything I had to say and helped me to find help.

The staff is horrible at answering phone calls. I have tried calling several times and not once has someone answered the phone.
Always wait for over an hour to see the Dr even when I have an appt and arrive 25 mins early. There's not an option for 0 stars.
