I've been calling for over a week now. Does anyone answer the phone anymore.Always a recording and a disconnect ! I have been trying to set up appointment

My first trip to the SS office in Joliet was MUCH better than I expected. Ms. Morris was extremely friendly and pleasant, and she took care of my issues promptly. I left very relieved and happy.
