Have been coming here for 4+ years and I love it. All of my teachers over the years have been AMAZING except one. This campus is beautiful and has a lot to offer. One thing I wish JJC had is a nice gym for students. Let us use the athletic gym, please! Fitness is super important, especially to students.
Transfered as non degree seeking, Joliet junior college lost my transcripts the first time. Next, accused a professor for holding on to them. Next, never received them. Each semester I had to walk in with unofficial transcripts and my degree to register for classes. The dpartments are unorganized and do not communicate with each other.
I use to be a student here back from 2010 to 2014 . I thought the lunch was very nasty besides the frappe coffee , that was good. From my experience of being there the education there sucks. The counselors put you in a whole bunch of classes that are not required for your major so basically you might be wasting your time. If you are planning on transferring to another college make sure all of your credits transfer over to the other college because not all of your credits might transfer over.
Sent me to collections for a class I didn’t even sign up for and I wasn’t even living in the state when they said I attended it. Cool guys
This is the best college I have attended since from the very beginning I walk in the lady at the front desk was happy and please to help me to register for this campus . I am now on my 3rd semester the professors do care about their student this school does have a high quality education and I will be graduating in fall 2018 thanks to the staff. When I started my program and had questions the counselor listen to me attentive and carefully and she made sure to give me all the information about my graduation plan and my major. I am very please and happy to have made the choice to attend this school.
