The plumber inspected the water heater and determined that the unit simply needed to be reset. It's that type of honesty and fairness that makes a great company!

Bob is an awesome person (let alone a business owner)! When you have an employee tell a customer that he "never wants to work for another person for the rest of his life", you must be doing something right! Bob and his staff are genuine to the core.
